Iowa Man Charge For Physically Abusing 13-year-old girl, Infecting Her With HIV
A 33-year-old man is accused of being physically abused and infected with HIV by a 13-year-old girl.
Lamont James is arrested and faced with two counts of three physical ill-treatment and two numbers of infectious diseases or transmission of infectious diseases.
They said the victim had told the police that he had a physical relationship with James since he was 13 years old. She is now 16 years old.
They also reported that James was HIV-positive and the police believed he was infected with it. He should never have told her about her HIV status.
HIV is an immunodeficiency virus that destroys white blood cells, fight infections and have a negative impact on the immune system. It can lead to life-threatening AIDS.
According to records of the arrest, James remains in jail.
He crossed the Hawkish borders because he knew he was infected, but had a physical relationship with the girl.
