3 Year Old Died Accidentally When Cadillac Tires Dropped On Him!
General Motors was charged with a mother whose three-year-old son died in a car accident after Cadillac tires fell off the sidewalk.
Cala Franco filed a complaint as an individual and representative of the estate of Dyland Ramirez in the Sherman District of the Eastern District of Texas, claiming negligence and the unlawful death of General Motors LLC.
Franco drove a 2011 Cadillac SRX with FM 121 in Grayson Country. At that time, the tires of the vehicle fell, lost control of the car and turned into the groove. His son Dyland sat on a child seat facing forward and injured himself with deadly force on the head and the organ.
“When the vehicle left the Defendant GM, it was faulty and inappropriately dangerous in that it was not properly designed, manufactured or sold to minimize the risk of damage,” says Franco. Is appealing
Franco is seeking financial remedies, legal proceedings, interest and other reasonable remedies. It is represented by James Mitchell and Andrew Bullard of the Dallas Payne Mitchell Law Group.
