In an interview with ET about Captain Marvel, Marvel Studios President Kevin Fiji dismissed the suggestion that Spider-Man could be a legendary Stan Lee coming out of the house. Speaking of Avengers: Endgame Fiji explicitly said Endgame would have a come, but when asked about Spider-Man, he was more secretive: away from home. “Yeah, we shot two other people, so we come to the last, yes,” Fiji said.
